Hi, I’m Leslie Peake and I’m your course instructor.
I’m so happy that you’ve decided to invest in your life by choosing to take this course.

I’ve been counseling people around the world for over 25 years in the fields of health & wellness, and education. It’s always been important to me that I support people to live in line with their values, beliefs, and what’s truly meaningful to them.

Living a healthy, active life has been an important lifestyle choice for me, so when I was diagnosed with stage IV colorectal cancer, I was in shock. Without realizing what I was doing, I immediately started implementing all 3 essential lifestyle factors to manage the internal turmoil I was feeling.

These past 5 years have given me the time to understand what a comprehensive and integrative treatment plan is and how important the lifestyle piece is. Maximizing the choices I made around lifestyle positively influenced how I could maintain a high quality of life while undergoing major, multiple treatments.

An integrative healing plan includes the range of treatments available: conventional, complementary/energy healing, and lifestyle. Making intentional changes in my lifestyle gave me the gift of feeling like I had a second chance at life. I hope this course gives you the gift of renewal and new possibilities in your life as well.
